昨天在香山，犯贱，不找组织，不走寻常路，挑了条山间小道爬，爬到一半慌了，前看不到头，后看不到尾，横竖荒无人烟，还有那么点缺氧……昨儿还跟一哥们儿挤兑香山，说丫就一小丘，好吧，我错了。
快到山顶时候，一个老头儿背着一大背包从旁边的小道里“嗖”地跳出来，噌噌噌噌，健步如飞地就到了山顶。我原本想跟着他一起上，跟了两步就不行了，爬不动，真他娘想来瓶可乐，冰镇的。
一路上，我听了两张乡村的唱片。（确切的说，有一张是偏乡村的摇滚）只有在远足的时候听乡村乐，你才真能明白为什么这种土里土气的音乐在美国竟然能跟摇滚和黑人流行音乐（R&B、Hip-Hop等）三足鼎立。这种音乐有一种与生俱来的尘土味儿，粗旷而不暴躁，圆润而不油腻，励志而不煽情，通俗而不失端庄，是汽车、公路、美国梦、尘土飞扬和木吉他、小提琴（Fiddle）、班卓琴交相辉映的美国小镇生活的最佳伴侣。
所以Dixie Chicks才能超过辣妹成为史上唱片销量最大的女子组合，虽然，她们的市场基本只在美国，虽然，她们的每一张唱片的主题都不外乎路上、乡愁、友情、梦想。她们第四张专辑的题材倒是有些不同，不过，偏摇滚，而且怨气太重，没前几张听着轻松惬意。
我最喜欢的还是她们的专辑《Wide Open Spaces》。不过，激励我一鼓作气登上山顶的却是Bon Jovi的《We Got It Going On》。
